At Oishi Kitchen (previously Oishi Bakery), we specialize in authentic Japanese Ramen Noodles.  We create our own noodles and gyoza in house using high-quality ingredients.  Oishi Kitchen also strives to provide healthy options (i.e., gluten-free/KETO and vegetarian/vegan) to our community in Fairbanks, Alaska.  To optimize the safety of our foods, we prepare all of our products in a very clean, sanitized, and controlled kitchen.   We hope you enjoy our creations!
